-Creating effective and collaborative Behavior Plans for school and home
-Guidance and assistance with initiating and understanding the IEP and/or 504 process, and any other Special Education plans
-Review and revision of current IEP/504 plans, Behavior Plans, and other Special Education plans or programs
-Effective and constructive relationship building and management with school personnel
-Guidance, recommendations, and support to parents and families in choosing the appropriate school or program for their child's needs
-Help in locating, researching and obtaining additional programs, supports, or services that a child might need
Steven Quagliano, Autism Specialist
Steven Quagliano is a Certified Autism Specialist who has been working with the autism spectrum disorder population and other special needs since he graduated from the State University of New York in 1994.
He has worked in school districts and clinics in New York, Boston, Los Angeles, and Phoenix. Additionally, Steven holds certifications in ADOS-2 testing and Autism.
Steven has provided consultation services, program development and implementation, professional development workshops and training for local school districts, and presented at Autism Conferences of America’s “Arizona Back to School Autism and Asperger’s Conference”.
In addition, Mr. Quagliano administers autism assessments, and provides advocacy and educational consulting services to parents with children on the autism spectrum.
